Sal came to NY alone and I showed him around. We took the ferry for the first time from Williamsburg to LES and it was only $2.75. We also spent some time with Vlad.
Some Long Island buddies came to town and we went out to celebrate my new job.
I went to the Surf Curse show in Manhattan alone. Met some cool people including someone from the Bay which is always exciting. Although I came for Surf Cuse, my favorite band ended up being the opener, Water From Your Eyes, who I’ve been listening to ever since. More specifically, the lead singers’ side project thanks for coming has been my latest obsession.
